During my three-month internship at ARZOOO, I played an active role in the launch of their new eCommerce venture, White Orange. As part of the marketing and communications team, I was responsible for conceptualising, designing, and delivering a series of branded social media visuals tailored to the platform’s unique identity. This included creating visually cohesive graphics, promotional banners, and product highlight posts. I also crafted compelling and audience-relevant captions for each visual, aligning the tone with the brand voice and current social media trends. These efforts supported the initial digital presence of White Orange across Instagram and Facebook, helping generate early brand visibility and engagement.
My Social Media Strategy
Start → I began by defining a SMART goal (e.g., increase CTR by 25%).
Next, I identified my target audience, including their needs and the brand’s positioning.
I then audited past content and competitor promotions to spot effective formats and messaging.
With insights in hand, I designed a visual template in Canva/Photoshop—product centered, gradient background, top‑left logo, top‑right size label, bottom price comparison.
Following that, I created assets, adding product images, price anchors, and our highlighted “WOW Price.”
I built a content calendar, aligning posts with sale periods and launch dates.
The visuals were published via scheduling tools, and I monitored performance metrics like engagement, CTRs, and conversions.
Based on data insights, I analysed results and adjusted future templates and CTA placement accordingly.
